Brian Grill

Brian Grill is vice president, Human Resources – Global Corporate Functions, Talent, and Operational Excellence at Air Products. In this role, he provides Human Resources leadership across the Company’s global functions; oversees talent management, leadership development, talent attraction, employee engagement, and diversity & inclusion; and is responsible for driving the efficient and effective operations of the Human Resources function.  

Mr. Grill joined Air Products in 2022 as executive director, Human Resources, Global Functions. Prior to that, he held senior Human Resources leadership roles at TE Connectivity, where he served as senior director, HR for the global corporate functions and later for the Aerospace, Defense and Marine business unit. Earlier in his career, he spent 14 years at Merck, where he led initiatives in talent management, organizational development, and corporate responsibility, and served as a global HR partner for corporate functions.

Mr. Grill holds a bachelor’s degree in philosophy from the College of William and Mary, a master’s degree in organizational psychology from Columbia University and certifications in executive coaching from UC Berkley, Change Management from PROSCI, and Corporate Social Responsibility from Harvard Business School.
