Vice President, General Counsel – Americas

Thuy Taitt is vice president, general counsel – Americas at Air Products, responsible for commercial and litigation matters across the Americas region, as well as the strategic management, oversight and resolution of litigation and arbitration globally.

Ms. Taitt joined Air Products in 2010, serving as senior counsel. From 2017 to 2023, Ms. Taitt served as assistant general counsel, and from 2023-2026, she served as the company’s chief litigation counsel, providing extensive experience across complex commercial disputes, investigations and cross-border matters. Prior to Air Products, she was an attorney with McKenna, Long & Aldridge LLP and worked as an investment banking analyst at Lehman Brothers in New York City before attending law school.

Ms. Taitt earned her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law and her B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania.

She serves as secretary of the Air Products Foundation.
